Specialist, Stadium Hospitality Security - Match Day Only

About the role

The Stadium Security Hospitality Specialist is designated as match day-only and oversees Private Security resources within Hospitality, VIP, and VVIP controlled environments during Match Day stadium operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate in accordance with approved FIFA policies and procedures, the Venue Safety & Security Plan (VSSP), Dot Maps, and Match Day directives.
  • Maintain operational integrity of access control between public and premium-restricted areas.
  • Confirm only properly accredited or ticketed individuals access controlled hospitality areas.
  • Enforce access controls in accordance with approved post orders and credential boards.
  • Monitor unauthorized access attempts and escalate as required.
  • Support discreet management of high-profile guests.
  • Maintain adherence to FIFA operational directives relating to VIP/VVIP protection and hospitality zoning.
  • Maintain professional conduct appropriate to premium environments.
  • Identify and escalate deviations from approved operational planning.
  • Monitor, document, and report incidents occurring within Hospitality, VIP, and VVIP areas.
  • Immediately escalate significant incidents to the FIFA Stadium Safety & Security Senior Manager and Stadium Operations Center (SOC).
  • Support coordinated response in alignment with FIFA Security directives.
  • Provide timely situational updates through established reporting channels.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews where applicable.
  • Coordinate operationally with: Private Security supervisors, Hospitality Operations, FIFA Guest Operations, Stadium Operations, and Executive protection teams, as applicable.
  • Maintain clarity of escalation pathways within premium environments.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism in sensitive and high-visibility areas.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional certifications in event operations or safety management are an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in major events, hospitality, or VIP environments.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating Private Security services.
  • Strong understanding of access control and restricted zoning principles.
  • Experience operating in high-profile or executive environments.
  • Major event or international tournament experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.
