Specialist, Site Merchandising - Allen Edmonds

About the role

Join our dynamic and thriving footwear company as a Specialist, Site Merchandising – Allen Edmonds in St. Louis, MO. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact and shape the future of our renowned brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage online product: Support site catalog to ensure item availability, product photography and copywriting
• Provide site recommendations: Give suggestions related to site improvements, including features, functionality, capabilities and consumer experience enhancements
• Monitor inventory: Assure the availability of inventory related to featured product stories and promotional activities
• Drive revenue: Partner with financial planning and analysis teams to ensure product gross margin targets are identified and achieved
• Focus on consumer experience: Utilize website personalization, targeting and A/B testing tools to enable compelling, tailored online and eCommerce experiences
• Collaborate with brand partners: Partner cross-functionally in order to maintain harmonious business development and alignment with consumer services, digital marketing, brand marketing, merchandising and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in merchandise planning, marketing planning or related field
• Passionate about understanding and driving consumer behavior
• Highly detailed, analytical & process-oriented
