Specialist, Site Experience
Supports the execution and optimization of our website and landing page ecosystem, helping drive conversion and improve on-site engagement across the customer journey. This role sits within Marketing and works closely with acquisition, creative, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, conversion-focused site experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and data-curious, with a strong interest in digital marketing, testing, and improving user experiences through continuous iteration.
About the Role
- Support the day-to-day updates and execution of website and marketing landing pages
- Partner with Creative teams to intake, QA, and implement new assets (copy, imagery, modules) for landing pages
- Ensure creative assets are properly formatted, on-brand, and optimized for different devices and page templates
- Assist in updating and refreshing creative across existing landing pages to support campaign optimizations and seasonal initiatives
- Help execute A/B tests, including setting up creative variants and validating test experiences
- Review landing pages for consistency in messaging, layout, and user experience prior to launch
- Monitor site and landing page performance (CVR, engagement, bounce rate) and flag opportunities for creative or UX improvements
- Pull and organize performance data to support reporting and optimization efforts
- Assist in documenting test results, insights, and recommendations for future improvements
- Coordinate with Creative and Engineering teams to implement updates, optimize existing pages, and troubleshoot issues
- Help ensure landing pages are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for usability and mobile performance
- Maintain organization of landing page assets, templates, and testing documentation
Requirements
- ~2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, web, or performance-related roles
- Experience supporting website updates, landing pages, or campaign execution
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Clear communicator who is comfortable working across teams
- Experience in subscription, e-commerce, or performance-driven environments is a plus
This is a hybrid role based in the New York City area or a commutable distance of one of our hubs (Frisco, TX; San Jose, CA; Newport Beach, CA). You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.

Pay
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $87,610.00/Yr. - USD $143,927.50/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
