Key Responsibilities
- Attend Sales Excellence Team meetings to understand the unique needs and initiatives of the sales unit
- Provide customer support by covering reps when they're out of the office (as needed)
- Enter/Process quotes, orders POs, and communicate status
- Handle any customer service issues and follow up if over 24 hours
- Resolve deal desk and shipping requests
- Escalate issues from customers to the appropriate internal department
- Answer requests from sellers that come to them via their queue
- Assist with bids (RFP/RFQ)
- Provide support to customers to resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner
- Expedite and follow through on rush requests from customers
- Answer inbound emails and inquiries from customers
- Work in a team environment to support the customer experience
Competencies and skills
- 2-4 years in previous sales support preferred
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Excellent PC skills required in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Outstanding interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints is required
