About the role

As a Specialist Sales Front Desk, you will assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or stop by the sales gallery for general information.
• Ensure all guests are comfortable and offer refreshments while they wait for sales presentations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Create, log, and expedite premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals while following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Sales experience preferred.
• May require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
