Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross functional team of mechanical, software, and systems engineering to integrate RF solutions.
  • Design, develop, and test RF circuits and systems for high-reliability applications.
  • Analyze system requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Perform RF simulations and validation testing.
  • Must have a functional knowledge of VHDL, MATLAB, or vendor-specific modeling, simulation, and FPGA logic tools geared toward RF signal processing design and analysis.
  • Generate documentation and technical reports as required.
  • Support production and troubleshooting.
  • Lead or support design reviews and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and associated applications.
  • Travel as required: up to 10%.
  • Secret security clearance required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and 4 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience or more with RF signal processing concepts and techniques.
  • 4+ years’ experience or more with RF test and measurement equipment.
  • Eligible to obtain a Active Secret Security clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Hands-on experience with RF modeling and simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS).
  • Familiarity with antenna design and RF test equipment.
  • Understanding of EMI/EMC compliance and mitigation techniques.
  • Previous involvement in multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Experience with the LabView programming environment
  • Experience designing, programming, deploying and supporting factory test equipment in a high volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience in the design, manufacture, and testing of low power radar systems

Pay

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
