About the role
The Specialist, Quality Assurance position is available at Entegris's Aurora, Illinois facility. The role supports the execution and documentation of core quality programs to ensure stable manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAPs) and other internal investigations and responses by gathering data, documenting findings, and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to completion.
- Prepare and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) trend review summaries, highlighting process stability, process shifts, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and update Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and process control plans to reflect current process controls, inspection methods, and learnings from quality issues or process changes.
- Author, revise, and maintain quality documentation including reports, summaries, and supporting records in accordance with site and corporate procedures.
- Clock internal audit scheduling and track closure of CAPAs.
- Coordinate internal audit scheduling and track closure of CAPAs.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings related to site quality performance, trend reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support audits and reviews by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible.
- Complete required training, administrative activities, and continuous improvement participation as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or engineering environment.
- Foundational knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis and CAPA, FMEA and Product Control Plans.
- Strong written documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze data, summarize findings, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to learn internal quality systems, tools, and procedures, as well as basic manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work onsite at the Aurora facility.

$76,000 - $96,500 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
