As a Specialist – On Field Operations, you will combine operational expertise with an athlete-first mindset to ensure the store delivers a consistent, high-quality experience. Be part of a team that brings discipline, energy, and service together.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate the needs of the athlete; actively drive sales through product and service recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members (as a subject matter expert in your area of the store), focusing on best practices, exceptional selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensure products are ready for athletes to purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Create a store environment where everyone, both teammates and athletes, is always welcome and treated with respect.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and laws/guidelines of external governing entities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Pay

Targeted pay range: $19.50 - $28.50 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on factors including location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
