We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to keep substantive info. We need sections: - About the role: likely first paragraph: "The Specialist Manager, Government Client Contracts Management supports strategic federal contract administration activities across complex, high-value engagements that directly affect revenue generation and retention. This role advises account leadership on contract strategy, supports compliant execution across the contract lifecycle, and leads analysis and resolution of complex contractual matters. The role also drives negotiation, portfolio oversight, and operational coordination across internal stakeholders. While all locations will be considered, this role offers a flexible hybrid scheduled with candidates based in Washington, D.C. or Arlington, VA (or nearby) preferred. Recruiting for this role ends on 11/01/2026." We can include that as About the role. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "You will be responsible for:" includes items: Leading proposal, award, and contract administration activities for complex federal contracts across the contract lifecycle; Reviewing contract actions, identifying contractual risks and opportunities, and implementing action plans to support compliant execution; Advising project and account leadership on contract strategy, negotiations, and issue resolution for strategic government engagements; Monitoring contract portfolios, pipeline activity, and contract performance to support revenue retention and operational execution; Coordinating with internal stakeholders to maintain contract data, resolve discrepancies, and support accurate documentation and reporting. - Skills: bullet list under "A successful candidate would possess these skills:" includes: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product; Ability to build and sustain professional relationships; Ability to lead projects or workstreams. - Qualifications: The posting has "Qualifications Required:" then list. Also "Preferred:" list. We could combine under Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need a Qualifications heading for required qualifications. Preferred could be part of Qualifications or maybe separate? Not required to separate; we can include both under Qualifications heading (maybe separate sub-bullets). We'll include required qualifications as bullet list, and preferred as bullet list under same heading or maybe separate? Since only one Qualifications heading allowed, we can include both required and preferred as bullet lists, maybe label them? But we should not invent headings. Could do two
    under same

    Qualifications

. First list required, second list preferred with a preceding

"Preferred:"? But that would be extra text not in a list; we could embed as a

    then

. That's okay. - Benefits: The posting mentions: "You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program..." That's a benefit. Also maybe other benefits not mentioned. So we can include Benefits section with that bullet. - Pay: The posting includes wage range: "$93,000 to $191,00." (typo missing a zero? but we keep as is). Also mention that it's not typical to be hired at top. We'll include Pay section with that info. - Schedule: The posting mentions flexible hybrid schedule, location preference, recruiting end date. That's schedule info. So Schedule section: flexible hybrid schedule, candidates based in Washington, D.C. or Arlington, VA preferred, recruiting ends 11/01/2026. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. We have specific content. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

      About the role

      Benefits

      • Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including individual and organizational performance.

      Pay

The wage range for this role is estimated at $93,000 to $191,000. Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs; it is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range.

      Schedule

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule. Candidates based in Washington, D.C. or Arlington, VA (or nearby) are preferred. Recruiting for this role ends on 11/01/2026.

Check for any repeated content: we included location preference and recruiting end date in About the role and also in Schedule. Might be duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It's okay to have some duplication if it's in different sections? Might be considered redundant but not prohibited. However we could avoid duplication by moving location and recruiting end date to Schedule only, and keep About the role more generic. Let's adjust: About the role paragraph without location/recruiting details. Then Schedule includes those. Thus modify About the role to exclude location and recruiting end date. About the role paragraph: "The Specialist Manager, Government Client Contracts Management supports strategic federal contract administration activities across complex, high-value engagements that directly affect revenue generation and retention. This role advises account leadership on contract strategy, supports compliant execution across the contract lifecycle, and leads analysis and resolution of complex contractual matters. The role also drives negotiation, portfolio oversight, and operational coordination across internal stakeholders." Now Schedule: "This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule. Candidates based in Washington, D.C. or Arlington, VA (or nearby) are preferred. Recruiting for this role ends on 11/01/2026." Check that we didn't lose any other substantive info: The posting also mentions "While all locations will be considered, this role offers a flexible hybrid scheduled with candidates based in Washington, D.C. or Arlington, VA (or nearby) preferred." That's covered in Schedule. Recruiting end date also covered. Now ensure no filler like "commensurate with experience" appears? We have that in qualifications required bullet: "or commensurate experience." That's part of the requirement; it's specific detail from posting, not filler like "commensurate with experience" as placeholder. It's okay. Check Pay: we wrote "$93,000 to $191,000." The original had "$93,000 to $191,00." Likely a typo missing a zero; we should preserve exactly as posted? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Changing the number could be considered inventing? It's ambiguous. Safer to keep exactly as written: "$93,000 to $191,00." But that looks odd. However we should not "correct" typos unless instructed. The rule: do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Changing a typo could be considered inventing? It's altering the detail. I'd keep as posted: "$93,000 to $191,00." But that seems weird. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; the typo is part of the posted info. I'd keep it as is. Thus Pay section: "

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $191,00.

" But that's a lot of text; we could shorten but must preserve all substantive info. The posting includes a paragraph about wage range. We should include that whole paragraph. Let's capture it exactly: "The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
