Primary Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new online customers, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience that accelerates time-to-value and sets the foundation for lasting relationships.
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads through timely, consistent follow-up across digital channels, converting prospects into active, engaged buyers.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between customers and internal teams — including Marketing, Operations, and Fulfillment — to resolve onboarding friction quickly and efficiently.
  • Leverage KeHE legacy platforms, customer data, and sales tools to track onboarding progress, identify drop-off risks, and trigger timely interventions that keep customers moving forward and drive meaningful and relevant growth to the business.
  • Educate and excite new customers on products, promotions, and platform features through digital touchpoints including email, video chat, and self-service resources.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Fulfillment teams to ensure new customers experience accurate, on-time delivery and a reliable first impression of the brand.
  • Analyze onboarding performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously refine processes, improve activation rates, and surface growth opportunities within the existing customer base.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

  • Natural, specialty and or fresh product knowledge with the ability to recognize brands and trends.
  • Demonstrate skill and competence with all Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
  • Possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of using data to drive decision making and results.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and contribute to a collaborative work environment- must be a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of internal teams and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
  • Minimum one to three years of sales experience required.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Experience with retail merchandising, grocery category management, the consumer package goods industry, and/or the grocery industry are a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus.
