About the role

The Inventory Quality Specialist serves as a detail-oriented annotating specialist, ensuring high-quality data, pictures, and descriptions for customers on Carvana's website. Responsibilities include annotating vehicles, fact-checking data, resolving discrepancies, and interacting professionally with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet scores in all metrics by demonstrating quick and accurate vehicle annotation.
  • Fact check vehicle data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize all necessary resources to ensure accuracy and provide correct information.
  • Manage side tasks and projects with the primary role of annotating.
  • Work as a team player and interact professionally with customers, managers, and coworkers.
  • Interact with others in a professional and friendly manner while participating in Slack conversations and huddle meetings.
  • Meet deadlines for time-sensitive projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, knowing when to share trends and feedback on tools.
  • Computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
  • Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere.
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Pay

Starting pay: $17/hr
At 9-12 months: potential up to $17.50/hr
At 12+ months: potential up to $18+/hr

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate team needs.
