Specialist - Interactive
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage long-term multiyear digital commerce or customer experience strategies.
- Analyse quantitative data and user research to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Define customer experiences through detailed journey maps, personas, and blueprints.
- Facilitate workshops, lead discovery sessions, and align cross-functional teams.
- Design products, marketing, and other initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and ROI of experience initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business opportunities and user insights into actionable user-centric strategies.
- Data Literacy: Strong proficiency in interpreting analytics and user behavioral data to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in mapping tools like Figma, Miro, or similar.
