About the Role

As the premier provider of Space Domain Awareness (SDA) mission solutions for the United States Space Force, L3Harris is seeking a mid-level Integration and Test Engineer to perform Software Systems Integration and System Test functions related to the MOSSAIC C2 Space Domain Awareness (SDA) mission.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and assist in developing detailed test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects through to resolution.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance/functionality meets the high standards required for L3Harris operations.
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and senior Integration & Test Engineers to identify system requirements for Validation & Verification.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology, and potential problems.
  • Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with the development and test teams.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including System Models based in SysML.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Active U.S. DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Skills

  • Active U.S. DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Active Security+ CE certification.
  • Basic knowledge of the Space Domain Awareness enterprise and engineering efforts.
  • Familiarity with MBSE/Eggplant and similar testing tools as well as DoD testing requirements.
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or equivalent).
  • Experience in Scaled Agile Framework & DevSecOps methodology.
  • Java and C++ application software testing.
  • Proficiency in Linux.
  • Proficiency in Test Automation software.

Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is:

  • $88,500 - $164,500 (California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas).
  • $76,500 - $142,500 (Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland, Ohio, and Vermont).
