Join our team as a Specialist II, Distribution & Transportation Systems, where you'll play a key role in shaping how our distribution network operates today-and evolves for the future.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize core systems
- Act as the subject matter expert for key Distribution and Transportation applications (e.g., WMS3000, MAWM Active, VoCollect and more), ensuring they operate efficiently and deliver value.
- Drive continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance performance, and improve KPIs across the supply chain network.
- Collaborate across teams
- Partner with IT, Logistics, and Supply Chain leadership to design solutions, implement enhancements, and support system integrations.
- Turn data into decisions
- Help define, track, and analyze key performance metrics-then share insights that drive smarter, faster decision-making.
- Standardize and scale best practices
- Develop and maintain compliance programs, SOPs, and system standards to ensure consistency across the distribution network.
- Create and evolve training programs that empower users and drive effective system utilization.
- Shape the future of supply chain technology
- Recommend new tools, systems, and innovations that improve operational efficiency and support long-term growth.
- Be a change champion
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability across the organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Transportation
- Experience working with distribution systems or business applications (preferred)
- Exposure to platforms like Manhattan Active WM (MAWM), Dozuki or similar WMS tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
- Familiarity with transportation and distribution best practices and KPIs
- Knowledge of supply chain technologies and vendors across logistics systems
Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills-you know how to work across teams and influence outcomes
- Analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable insights
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident in presenting ideas and driving initiatives forward
- Project Management skills; being able to manage multiple projects is a must.
Pay
$75,000-112,000, depending on experience.
