About the role

As a Specialist II, Distribution & Transportation Systems, you'll play a key role in shaping how our distribution network operates today—and evolves for the future. In this role, you won't just support systems—you'll own them, improve them, and help transform how we move products at scale. You'll serve as a critical bridge between Supply Chain Operations and IT.

What You'll Do

  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance performance, and improve KPIs across the supply chain network
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with IT, Logistics, and Supply Chain leadership to design solutions, implement enhancements, and support system integrations
  • Turn data into decisions: Help define, track, and analyze key performance metrics—then share insights that drive smarter, faster decision-making
  • Standardize and scale best practices: Develop and maintain compliance programs, SOPs, and system standards to ensure consistency across the distribution network
  • Lead training and adoption: Create and evolve training programs that empower users and drive effective system utilization
  • Shape the future of supply chain technology: Recommend new tools, systems, and innovations that improve operational efficiency and support long-term growth
  • Be a change champion: Support a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability across the organization
