Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support in partnership with the EA to the CPO, ensuring alignment with executive priorities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics with a high degree of accuracy
- Cook up and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Serve as a coordination point across teams to ensure alignment on administrative and operational activities
- Handle ad hoc requests with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain organized systems, documentation, and standardized processes to improve efficiency
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of administrative or operations experience, preferably supporting executives or senior leadership
- Experience working in partnership with an Executive Assistant or within a team-based support model
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience managing complex travel and expense reporting
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented, collaborative mindset
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
