Responsibilities

• Aids recruiters in various aspects of the application process.
• Completes the new hire process for all candidate applications.
• Updates job postings on external media such as job websites or print.
• Supports the recruitment staff within the department.
• Meets assigned goals.

Requirements, Preferences And Experience

• Prioritized Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field minimum.
• Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of experience in a human resources environment minimum.
• Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with application tracking software is strongly preferred.
