Specialist, District Student Data (PO#3622, 2026-2027 School Year)

Primary Purpose

Responsible for the development, implementation, training and support of the Skyward Student System to ensure compliance with applicable local policy, state and federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, data analysis, mathematics, or a related field, preferred
• Special Knowledge/Skills:
  • Knowledge of Skyward Student System
  • Extensive knowledge of database, word processing and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft, preferred)
  • Knowledge of Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create technical documentation and procedures
  • Experience: Two (2) years minimum in technology related experience in training education staff Five (2) years minimum in technology support
