  What are your contributions to the team?

  • Adheres to General Work Requirements
  • Provide proactive communication to Manager of Parts Distribution as well as the other staff in the operations group
  • Act as a point of contact to coordinate outbound parts issues in an effort to achieve excellence in AOG service and enhance Customer satisfaction
  • Monitor workflow and provide input with respect to customer’s overall satisfaction
  • Liaise between in-house Bombardier departments, in-house logistics provider and off site internal customers to increase effective communication and resolve customer issues
  • Understand the areas of responsibilities of other department and facilitate and coordinate resolution
  • Provide input to coordinate and plan resource coverage with internal departments and logistics partner
  • Strong ability to analyze and understand customer issues and deliver Bombardier’s response quickly, professionally & effectively to reach a mutually acceptable outcome
  • Working knowledge of SAP warehouse management system

  • Minimum requirements: 2-4 years experience in a customer service, inventory management, warehouse management or logistics/transportation role
  • Ability to excel and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work across a range of various levels within the company, disciplines and cultures
  • Ability to plan, organize prioritize and handle multiple time sensitive tasks in a demanding global environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and take initiative, as well as the ability to be decisive
  • Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software (including but not limited to, MS Office suite, Lotus notes, SAP)

  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum requirements: 2-4 years experience in a customer service, inventory management, warehouse management or logistics/transportation role

  ADDITIONAL DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry and an understanding of commercial aircraft aftermarket preferred
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse time sensitive environment preferred
