Specialist - Data Engineering

About the role

Strong development experience in one of reporting tools out of MicroStrategy or Tableau with 5–7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports and dashboards.
• Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for performance and scalability.
• Tune complex queries and database objects to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in data warehouse development and data modeling efforts.
• Provide stakeholder management and clear communication of technical constraints and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy or Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle databases, including advanced SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience with data warehouse development and data analysis.
• Banking domain knowledge, preferably in futures and derivatives markets.
• Excellent business analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The posted range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations; individual pay is further influenced by work location, job level, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Other forms of compensation may include an annual performance-based bonus and other variable pay.
