About the Role
Customer Relationship Specialists (CRS) provide service to Aerofil Technology, Inc. internal and external customers by facilitating communication between customers and ATI team members regarding products packaged or proposed for packaging at ATI. The CRS acts as the customer’s representative and spokesperson on the ATI team, ensuring customers receive the timely service and support they require.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process service requests from customers.
- Route customer requests for information or services to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Forward information to customers directly or verify that the correct department has done so.
- Monitor customer service processes, resolve service issues, and communicate concerns to departmental managers and supervisors.
- Maintain regular attendance as per company policy.
- Control inventory dollars of finished goods (FG) and ensure timely disposition of obsolete FG or components.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
