Work you'll do
- Managing complex contract types, including firm-fixed-price (FFP), time-and-materials (T&M), cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), blanket purchase agreements (BPAs), subcontracts, consulting agreements, state and local government contracts, and international agreements
- Supporting the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, modifications, compliance, and closeout activities, while analyzing contractual terms to identify risks and support compliance with regulatory and client requirements
- Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), analytics tools, and data insights to support contract review, risk identification, compliance monitoring, decision-making, and process improvement
- Partnering with legal, finance, project teams, and other stakeholders to resolve contract issues, mitigate risk, support audits and compliance reviews, and provide coaching, training, and guidance to junior analysts and team members
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree
- Required: 4+ years of experience in complex contract administration
- Required: Experience supporting contract lifecycle activities, including negotiation, administration, and closeout
- Required: Experience with contract management systems and data reporting tools
- Required: Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics, or process improvement initiatives
- Required: Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Preferred: Certification in contract management, procurement, analytics, or a related field
- Preferred: Experience developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions
- Preferred: Experience supporting subcontract administration
- Preferred: Experience conducting training, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing activities
