What You’ll Do You will track and process accounts in compliance with financial policies and proceduresYou will perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable dataYou will contact our customer to request job uploads in our systemsYou will enter daily production data from the field officesYou will prepare and send out bills and invoicesYou will verify billing accounts with accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly postedYou will verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issuesYou will generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable statusYou research and analyze items as needed What You’ll Need You have 3+ years of experience as billing specialistYou have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulationsYou have proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsYou have strong data entry skills along with a knack for numbersYou have hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting softwareYou are proficient in MS OfficeYou have strong customer service skillsYou have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Why grow your career with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
