Specialist, Asset Protection - Distribution - 3rd shift

About the role

We help ensure the safety and security of Gap Inc. distribution centers. We monitor access points, respond to incidents, and support investigations. We play a critical role in protecting people, property, and product while maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and access control systems to ensure secure operations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Support investigations and maintain accurate incident reports.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and visitors on safety protocols.
• Operate surveillance and security systems in accordance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with AP leadership to support daily operations and special projects.

Requirements

• Good understanding of safety and security procedures.
• Ability to respond to incidents and follow emergency protocols.
• Strong observational and documentation skills.
• Effective communicator with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with access control and surveillance systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and security best practices.

Pay

Hourly Range: $20.10 - $24.60

Friday - Monday 7pm-5am
