About the role
Responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and conducting validation activities.
Responsibilities
- Conducts site visits and reviews documentation to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Develops and implements validation plans to assess the effectiveness of healthcare organizations.
- Communicates findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, public health, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accreditation or validation roles.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
