About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Response Security Officer for the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters. As a Special Response/Flex Security Guard at The Star in Frisco, you will need to adapt quickly from one mission to the next, embracing change and thriving in the heart of the action. Your duties will vary day‑to‑day and by special event, covering customer service, patrols, surveillance, and other security functions, requiring agility and precision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Quick thinking and adaptability to changing situations
• Responsive with strong problem‑solving skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Possess a state security license if required

Pay

Starting compensation is $17.00 per hour, with a $0.50 increase every six months. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
