Special Response / Flex Security Officer

About the Role

As a casual Security Officer – Response, your duties will vary day‑to‑day and by special event, ranging from customer service and patrols to surveillance. The role requires agility, precision, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining a high level of security.

Site Location: Midland, Texas

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 21.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear motor vehicle record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees).
