Special Projects Manager

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management to the Special Projects team.
- Facilitate routine team meetings to review progress and diagnose issues.
- Participate in onboarding calls and quarterly business reviews with high-profile customers.
- Develop and maintain new tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Cook up with sales and customer service leadership to diagnose and resolve issues and escalations.
- Attend occasional trade shows and customer visits to network and interface with key customers.
- Perform various administrative tasks and responsibilities (e.g., approving PTO, performance reviews, etc.).
Requirements
- Experience leading a team in an elevated position.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Project management certification or industry-recognized equivalent preferred.
- Able to think proactively to drive growth and process improvements.
- Able to effectively coordinate with other teams and third parties to reach common objectives.
Qualifications
- Occasional travel for trade shows and customer visits.

Pay
Annual Range $100,000 - $115,000 USD
