What You Will Be Doing

You will own high priority initiatives that do not yet have a clear long-term owner - some of these initiatives may be exciting and glamorous, others will be decidedly less so - but all of them will be high impact.

Step into ambiguous situations, create structure quickly, and drive momentum.

Help leaders across the company translate priorities and decisions into execution.

Proactively identify problems and bottlenecks, and resolve them expeditiously with limited support or oversight.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of progressive experience in high performance environments such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or high-growth startups
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information
• A strong sense of mission and a desire to have impact at scale
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one

Nice to Have

• Technical background and skills and/or firsthand experience with drones
• Experience working with or at high growth, venture-backed startups
• Experience with defense or hardware companies
• Experience with financial modeling
• Robust understanding of statistical analysis techniques

Pay

The US Salary Range for this role is $95,000 - $133,000 USD. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
