We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections with real content. We need to parse the posting. Job title: Special Program Paraeducator 1, Special Education Preschool 3 hours per day, 9 months per year This is a one-on-one position, Tuesday-Friday, PM Session? Actually "Tuesday-Friday, PM Session". Also Fair Labor Standards Act Status: Non-Exempt. We need to include sections: maybe About the role (description), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Qualifications Documentation...), Skills (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities), Benefits (Benefits/Compensation), Pay (maybe salary info), Schedule (hours per day, days per week, months per year). Also maybe other sections like "Other Requirements" could be part of Requirements or Skills. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary info: "New employees start at the minimum hourly rate in the salary range. However, employees with verified prior years of service ... may receive experience credit toward salary placement. Salary schedules can be accessed here." That's specific enough for Pay section. Schedule: "3 hours per day, 9 months per year This is a one-on-one position, Tuesday-Friday, PM Session". So schedule details. Benefits: described. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent. We need to remove boilerplate like "We appreciate your interest...", "All applications are considered...", internal/external transcripts instructions, etc. Those are application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop paragraphs about application process, reference checks, background investigation, résumés should include..., internal applicants must have official transcripts..., etc. Also remove EEO etc. Not present. We need to keep the core job description: essential functions, qualifications, knowledge skills abilities, other requirements, benefits/compensation. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we start with maybe

    About the role

with a paragraph summarizing the role: one-on-one position, 3 hours per day, Tuesday-Friday PM session, 9 months per year, non-exempt. Then Responsibilities: essential functions list. Then Requirements: qualifications documentation (high school diploma/GED plus associate degree or credits or ParaPro), plus preferred experience (one year related experience, successful experience as part of educational team, etc). Could combine. Then Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list. Then Benefits: benefits/compensation section. Then Pay: salary info. Then Schedule: hours, days, months. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for essential functions, we need a list. For qualifications documentation maybe a list? It's a set of options; could be a list. For knowledge skills abilities list. For benefits list. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract content. About the role: "Special Program Paraeducator 1, Special Education Preschool 3 hours per day, 9 months per year This is a one-on-one position, Tuesday-Friday, PM Session Fair Labor Standards Act Status: Non-Exempt". We'll make a paragraph. Responsibilities: Essential Functions list (many bullet points). We'll copy each as
    • . Requirements: Qualifications Documentation verifying a high school diploma or GED AND one of the following: official transcripts verifying an Associate’s degree (90 quarter, 60 semester) OR 72 quarter or 48 semester credits from an accredited university, college, community college or business school; OR ETS ParaPro Assessment result of 461 or higher. Also "One year of related experience working with children in an educational setting preferred", "Successful experience as part of an educational team preferred", "Experience which demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and skills in working effectively in a team environment, providing support to achieve the desired goal(s) for the classroom and/or program area", "Possess excellent problem solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills and ability to think quickly", "Experience working with children with moderate to severe disabilities preferred". These could be part of Requirements or Skills. But we have separate Skills section for Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. So maybe Requirements includes the qualifications documentation and preferred experience (the experience bits). We'll list them. Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list: Ability to effectively communicate with and appreciate individuals from diverse, socio-economic backgrounds; Ability to act upon evasive and aggressive behavior of students; Ability to attend mandatory training on the weekends and successfully pass the district CPI, de-escalation/physical restraint training; Ability to learn and use a computer monitor, keyboard, and appropriate adaptive technologies; Ability to successfully implement educational programs and manage student behavior with direction from the teacher; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Ability to be flexible with assigned tasks and schedules; Ability to develop relationships and supportive roles with children who possess mental or physical disabilities. Other Requirements: Ability to sit on the floor to work with children; Ability to lift, move, physically restrain a child of the size required by the job; Ability to independently and safely escort students around the school building, grounds, and in the community; Ability to observe the behavior of students, both visually and by listening and to communicate those observations with other appropriate service providers; Regular attendance to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position to achieve program requirements. These could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate "Physical Requirements" but we don't have a heading for that. Could include under Requirements as well. But we need to avoid too many thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Other Requirements into Requirements section. Benefits: Benefits/Compensation section includes salary & time off, benefits, retirement. We'll split Pay and Benefits maybe. But instruction: Use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need separate sections for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Thus: - Benefits: health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life, disability insurance eligibility (if work at least 630 hours), paid holidays, paid time off (sick, vacation, personal, bereavement) as per CBA, retirement eligibility via DRS. - Pay: New employees start at minimum hourly rate in salary range; experience credit for verified prior years; salary schedules accessible. - Schedule: 3 hours per day, 9 months per year, one-on-one position, Tuesday-Friday PM session. We also need to include the Fair Labor Standards Act Status: Non-Exempt maybe in About the role. Now produce HTML. We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft.
