Your future role
You'll play a crucial role in coordinating the industrial control and training of the Special Processes (SP) for Adhesive Bonding/Gluing, helping to ensure quality and efficiency in our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to streamline processes, solve challenges, and drive excellence.
All about you
- Degree in process engineering, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
- Knowledge or experience in materials engineering, bonding, gluing, or painting in the rail or automotive industry is preferred.
- Experience in practicing and training the special process of adhesive bonding (execution, definition, qualification in the railway/automotive industry preferred).
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Good understanding of Quality, EHS, and Ergonomics.
- Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA) is a plus.
- Skilled with IS tools, Process FMEA, and QRQC methodologies.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to train groups effectively.
- Innovative mindset and a proactive approach to participating in business workgroups.
