Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides care to assist Interventional Radiologist in Special Procedures Radiology procedures. Ensures Radiation safety. Administers IV contrast in a surgical/radiological setting.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
• State Registered Radiologic Technician MRT State of Texas
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) Required
• Certified Vascular Interventional Radiology must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• Associate Degree
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology
• 2+ years experience in IR preferred
