Responsibilities

• Provide care to assist the Interventional Radiologist in special radiology procedures.
• Ensure radiation safety during procedures.
• Administer IV contrast in a surgical/radiological setting.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – required.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician (MRT) – Texas.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) – required.
• Certified Vascular Interventional Radiology – must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• Associate degree or graduate of an AMA‑approved school of radiology technology.
• 2 + years experience in interventional radiology (preferred).
