Healthcare$74k–$110k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Pay, Schedule only if present. Pay is present: Basic Compensation $73,600 - $110,300. Also Additional Compensation. So we can include Pay section with that info. Schedule not present, so omit. Benefits present: KBR Benefits description. Also relocation mentioned. So Benefits section.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Use
for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to include metadata like location? The title includes (4/160 SOAR. JBLM, WA) and THIS POSITION OFFERS RELOCATION. Could be placed in a short
maybe under About the role or separate? Probably include in About the role paragraph. We need to list duties as
- . Responsibilities section.
Requirements: Required Education/Experience/Skills/Training. Could be Requirements section.
Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? But we can separate: Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (specific skills). However we can combine. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, skills), Benefits, Pay.
We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has content.
Let's extract content.
About the role: first paragraph after title: "We attract the best minds...". Also mention "We are seeking a stellar Special Operations Performance Dietitian that will provide guidance and counseling on nutritional practices to enhance recovery and optimize performance for special operations forces (SOF) personnel, with the priority on SOF Operators and Direct Combat Support personnel on the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) contract." Also mention relocation. Also mention KBR workforce etc.
We'll craft a paragraph.

Now produce HTML.
We need to wrap sections in
and then content: either
for prose,
- for lists.
We'll have:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ... ...
Requirements
- ... ...
Benefits
...
Pay
...
Make sure not to include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "We attract the best minds in the world because our expertise thrives on creativity, resourcefulness and collaboration. That is how we supply our clients with cutting-edge solutions and services. We are seeking a stellar Special Operations Performance Dietitian that will provide guidance and counseling on nutritional practices to enhance recovery and optimize performance for special operations forces (SOF) personnel, with the priority on SOF Operators and Direct Combat Support personnel on the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) contract. This position is located at JBLM, WA (4/160 SOAR) and offers relocation." That's good. Now Responsibilities list: we need to ensure we don't repeat overly similar items. We'll list each distinct duty as a bullet. Let's produce list items (maybe 20 items). Ensure no duplication. I'll craft list: - Performs administrative and clinical duties within scope of practice. - Provides nutritional planning, counseling, and documentation guided by evidence‑based peer‑reviewed literature. - Advises the chain of command on nutrition and performance nutrition issues. - May order labs as part of scope of practice. - Provides individual and group counseling on performance nutrition. - Designs and implements performance nutrition programs for SOF personnel in garrison, TAD/TDY, and deployed settings. - Develops nutritional protocols and guidelines for rehabilitation and performance. - Collaborates with the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator to implement new protocols and guidelines. - Serves as advisor on dining facility/galley nutrition and liaises between food service and command. - Assists other regional SOF assets as required by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator and approved by the chain of command. - Attends and participates in meetings with POTFF staff and medical personnel as requested. - Advises on supplementary nutrition, supplements, and performance‑enhancing substances within the POTFF program. - Ensures adequate educational materials and sports‑nutrition specific supplies are available. - Assists with supply inventories and provides input on supply needs. - Ensures equipment and facilities under the Performance Dietitian’s purview are safe, functional, and properly utilized. - Keeps records updated as required. - Participates in periodic in‑service training for HP staff. - Attends required training and may attend conferences/courses to earn continuing education units for professional certification. - Maintains 100% compliance with local mandatory command training requirements. - Performs administrative duties such as maintaining workload records, participating in education programs, and clinical staff quality assurance. - Participates in peer (record) reviews as directed. - Develops and promulgates training materials as requested by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator. - Performs other tasks within the PD position description as assigned by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator. - Documents work, utilization, encounters, referrals, and related information in the Military EHR (AHLTA, MHS GENESIS) and/or HP Enterprise‑wide database (Smartbase) as directed. - Collects and reports data as requested by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator and required by USSOCOM HQ POTFF staff. - Proficiently utilizes computers, software, and technologies as required by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator and USSOCOM HQ. That seems comprehensive.
