Special Needs Caregiver WEEKLY PAY

About the Role

Join Exhava Home Care as a caregiver for clients with special needs. We're looking for compassionate professionals to provide structured and nurturing support for individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks and routines
• Provide behavioral and emotional support
• Engage clients in therapeutic or recreational activities
• Support communication and social interaction
• Monitor health and document progress

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience is required
• Negative TB test results or chest X-ray documentation in compliance with state regulations
• Legal to work in the U.S.
• Active California Home Care Aide registration
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in developmental disabilities or human services is a plus
• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• ABA training or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred
