Special Needs Caregiver (DSP)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Special Needs Caregivers (DSP) to work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them reach their full potential. Positions are available in Chester County and Delaware County, PA, including Oxford, Avondale, West Grove, and surrounding towns.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive pay rates starting at $18/hour with a weekly pay schedule

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (training may be available through our apprentice program if you lack experience)
• High school diploma or equivalent
