Special Matters & Government Investigations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on government investigations and regulatory enforcement matters
• Conduct internal investigations involving allegations of misconduct and compliance concerns
• Support clients responding to inquiries from government agencies and regulators
• Conduct legal research and analyse complex white collar and regulatory issues
• Draft memoranda, investigative reports and other substantive written work product
• Assist with witness interviews, fact development and investigative strategy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions for clients facing regulatory challenges
• Support clients through all phases of investigations and related proceedings

Who You Are

• 3rd–5th year associate
• Experience handling government investigations, internal investigations and white collar matters
• Superior academic credentials from a top law school
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment
• Foreign language skills are a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel as required

Compensation

• Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
