Special Events Project Planner-East

About the role

The Special Events Project Planner oversees all functions of planning and coordination for special event jobs within the region. This includes all the product lines: fence, sanitation, and temporary power.

Essential Functions

• Manage special event project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through completion
• Meet with clients, regional management, and local team to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Cookordinate project resources and track project progress against established timelines and schedules
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification
• Act as liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems
• Cookordinate the work of vendors or sub-contractors
• Responsible for material management and delivery scheduling tasks in support of assigned projects
• Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators
• Prepare and deliver reports to management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree
• 1+ Year Project Management
• Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
