About the role

We have many opportunities to work at sporting events (Baseball, Hockey, Football, Soccer, Basketball) and concerts throughout Los Angeles County. After submitting your application, our Operations team will contact you to schedule the McCormick Paramedic written exam and to submit your certifications. Professional attire is required throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care and customer service within the prescribed scope of practice, established protocols, and company policies.
• Complete all appropriate documentation as outlined in company policy.
• Report all problems and unusual occurrences immediately to the Lead Paramedic or Supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to hygiene and uniform standards.
• Perform other duties as defined.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CA Driver’s License.
• State of California Paramedic License.
• CPR Card (American Heart Association ONLY, Health Care Provider; handwritten cards are not acceptable).
• ICS courses: IS-100B (ICS 100), IS-200B (ICS 200), IS-700A (NIMS), IS-800B (NIMS).
• ACLS Card (American Heart Association ONLY; handwritten cards are not acceptable).
• PALS (American Heart Association ONLY; handwritten cards are not acceptable).
• Must be able to successfully pass the Physical Agility Test.
• Good physical stamina, endurance, and body condition to frequently walk, stand, lift, carry, and balance.
• Must be able to lift, drag, hoist, and carry different types of equipment and other objects.

$25.00 per hour (applies to 12-hour shifts averaging 42 hours per week).
