Special Events Helper - Gift Wrapping

Work Mode: Onsite • Location: Kohler, WI

Seasonal Gift Wrap Associate – provide complimentary, elevated gift‑wrapping service to guests at the Shops at Woodlake Holiday Customer Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and wrap gifts using supplied materials, ensuring attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness according to guidelines.
• Remove price tags from packaged products when requested.
• Place gift receipts inside packaged products when requested.
• Organize and store wrapped packages in the designated holding area.
• Organize, replenish, and maintain supplies; communicate supply needs to the department manager.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Keep a record of gifts wrapped.

Requirements

• Experience wrapping quality gift packages preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of Kohler is a bonus but not required; information about the resort will be provided.
• Strong guest‑facing skills; able to speak with guests in a gracious, five‑star manner.
• Positive‑minded, self‑starter, responsible, engaging, with strong attention to detail and a festive attitude.
• Availability to work weekends, event days, holidays, and shifts between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, push, pull frequently.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Schedule

Seasonal part‑time role from November 20 to December 24. Weekday and weekend shifts between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm; availability for weekends, event days, and holidays is required.

Pay

Hourly range: $11.90 – $17.90 plus tips/gratuity. The specific rate may vary based on experience, education, and work location.
