Special Education Teacher Transition Assistance Program (TAP)
The Auburn School District is seeking a TAP Teacher to join our team. As a member of the Auburn Education Association, this position reports to the Building Administrator.
About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring that all teacher reports are accurate and timely, supporting the building administrator in maintaining effective communication and data management within the school district.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and input teacher report data into the district’s reporting system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all teacher reports submitted to the state and federal agencies.
- Provide support to teachers in understanding and completing their reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for district meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- At least one year of experience in educational administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,304 - $133,953 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Salary is determined by the district's negotiated collective bargaining agreement.
