Special Education Teacher, Secondary - Fall 2026
About the role
Help young men in a therapeutic setting as they progress on their healing journey at Discovery Ranch for Boys, a relationship-based residential treatment center for teenage boys who struggle with emotional, behavioral, and substance abuse disorders. Mornings are devoted to therapy work while school is held in the afternoon, the ideal time for academic engagement in adolescents. Healthy relationships, novel and challenging experiences, and a strengths-based approach are how we foster the healing process and create lasting change, and this happens just as much in the classroom as anywhere else.
