Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction to students with special needs
• Implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid Texas teaching certificate or ability to obtain one
• Experience working with students with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs
