Special Education Teacher (Multiple Disabilities) – 4-Day Work Week!
About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to support a K–8 self-contained classroom serving students with multiple disabilities. This position focuses on life skills instruction, individualized programming, and strong team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage IEPs
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction
- Collaborate with aides, staff, and families
- Maintain a structured, supportive, and safe classroom
Requirements
- Active Arizona Special Education Certification
- Experience with life skills and IEP writing required
- Prior SPED experience preferred
- Comfortable working with medically complex students
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
