Special Education Teacher Mod/Severe - Make $2,903 to $3,049/week

Aya Education is hiring for the 2026/2027 school year in Santa Maria, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to students with moderate to severe disabilities
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Active state special education teaching certification with Special Education Endorsement issued by the Department of Education
• Experience with IEPs

Pay

$2,903.25 to $3,049.13 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements)

Schedule

• Up to 40 hours per week
• Workdays end mid-late afternoon
• Weekends off
