About the Role
Fredonia Middle School is seeking a Special Education Teacher for grades 5-8 in a 12:1:1 classroom setting. This is a 1.0 FTE probationary position for the 2026-2027 school year, starting August 31, 2026.
Certification Requirements
- Students with Disabilities (SWD) 1-6 and 7-12
- OR SWD All Grades
- OR SWD 1-6 with 7-12 extension
- OR SWD 7-12 with extension that includes Grades 5 & 6
Salary
Minimum $44,066 Step 1 base. Actual salary dependent upon graduate credentials, master's degree, and years of experience in public education.
