Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student data using differentiated instructional strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree (experience in special education preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.
