Special Education Teacher - Elementary Level

Qualifications

RSU #34 is looking for a special education teacher with experience providing specially designed instruction for students with diverse needs at the elementary level in an inclusive environment. The candidate needs to have knowledge and experience with special education processes, social emotional learning and behavior support. The ability to work within a strong supportive team in a fast-paced educational environment and to communicate and collaborate with families and colleagues.

Requirements

• Certification and CHRC are required, 282 or 286 preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: Based on experience and RSU 34 Teacher Collective Bargaining Agreement. $47,619.63 - $87,779.83 plus additional 8% of base salary for Special Education differential.
