About the role
The Oxford Hills School District seeks a Special Education Teacher to work with students with behavioral needs at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Maine certificate or be able to obtain one with the appropriate endorsements (#286 or 282).
Responsibilities
- Reports to: Building Principal/Director of Student Services
- Work Schedule: 180 Day Contract
- Salary: $46,012.50 - $81,329.34 (SY26/27) - note additional stipends for Special Education teachers*
- Supplemental Stipends: Day Treatment Teachers - $4,500, Functional Life Skills Teachers - $4,400, Social Skills Teachers - $3,400, Resource Room Teachers - $2,000, Social Workers - $4,450, Applied Academics Teachers - $4,000

In addition to the base salaries above, Special Education positions receive the following annual supplemental stipends.
