Responsibilities

• Teach students with autism in a Lead Inspire environment
• Engage in ongoing professional development to improve instructional practices
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and the broader community
• Implement culturally responsive teaching strategies to support equity and inclusion

Requirements

• Hold or be eligible for a Virginia teaching certificate with endorsement in Special Education
• Experience working with students with autism
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
